Anyone go after booking via the 'Mystery Sale'?

It does nothing. I have never seen it printed out with our reservation. But it can't hurt! Lets you feel vacation is within your grasp.

 

In November and April they were well aware of our requests made with the advance check-in. Didn’t necessarily do any good but they definitely get the info/requests

 

So we got our mystery room assignment yesterday for our trip in 2 weeks. We were assigned trendy garden view. Everyone in our group that booked the mystery sale have also been assigned the trendy garden view. Which is fine with us, that's what we would have paid for anyhow.

 

We got our room assignment: Trendy Garden View.

 

Just got back and we got a crappy room facing the street. No table in the room or anything. We made it work though and still had a great time.

 

Bummer but it has to happen to some unfortunate soles.

i thought they remodeled all the rooms? is that not the case?

 

Just the center Bash tower is new.
Older buildings nor touched except redecoraye like putting lipstick on a pig although much much better.
They did reno but layout is the same meaning buildings did not move.
Meaning some rooms are same size as were previously and still are on the road, etc.

 

Actually it was my understanding that all rooms were completely stripped down to the studs and re-done, and the bathroom layouts all changed. I saw pictures of this and it was more than just cosmetic updates.
