Our first time my wife was so scared. Her advice is to let down your guard. No really means no here. People really enjoy having fun and meeting new people.play the games, wear kinky lingerie and just have great time. We have met people here that are lifelong friends. Some swing, some don’t, but all love to come here to just be themselves. You won’t regret it.
Just go with whatever...if you find yourself in a Penthouse jacuzzi with 6 naked women, just go with it. If you find that the new friends you meet want to go on the Boobs Cruise, just go with it. If you find new friends at the theme nights because you dressed up like Batman, just go with it. We went for our first time xmas '18 and we'r going back in May...you do the math. Just go with it!
AMEN!!!! Go with any open mind, be friendly and you will make life long friends!!! It's a BLAST!!! 65 days and counting!!
Great thread, we are first timers too and having all the same thoughts!, but so looking forward to our visit!
We get there the same day as you! Fourth time (2nd since remodel). Didnt go on the Boobs Cruise the first year but went on the next two. Definately go on it. It is a great time and you wont regret it. It gets a bit nuts but like everything else at temptations, you can participate as much or as little as you choose. Its vacation, take a break from it all and cut loose. See you soon!!
We booked our first trip to TTR on the way to the airport. We had been to other Adults-Only resorts, but they were super laid back, no night life...they pretty much shut down after 8:00 PM. During the day everyone lays around the side of the pool reading books. There is nothing wrong with any of that at all - relaxing is amazing sometimes. But it gets boring for sure... We we had a chance last minute to leave the kids with my parents so we left for the airport, going through vacation sites trying to find somewhere to go. My wife nervously agreed to go to TTR as it was such a great deal at the time. We booked it, arrived at the airport an hour later, and had the best vacation of our lives. We’ve since been back and have 2 more trips booked this year - July and October. Have a great vacation - and be ready to book your next trip on the flight home!
Now yours is an epic story...drop off the kids, head for the airport, and then figure out where to go! That IS the essence of proper planning. No pressure there at all. You must have really needed to get away I hope you do not mind me sharing the story, minus your details of course!
