    Garden view! With 2 double beds and no working air conditioning. They refused to move us without an upgrade to the tune of $250/night.

    We also booked during the Mystery sale and arrive Saturday. I did Express check in and requested a tower room. We shall see. We may even sit through their presentation IF we get a good room. This will be our 8th trip.

    someone has to stay in the crappy rooms so I assume it will be those of us who booked the cheap black friday mystery sale....as it should be i guess.

    We just returned with our booking being the mystery cyber sale. We had room 1135 (old 4000 rooms building). King bed, working AC.

    We did for April and had same rooms as always but we are Premier Members.
    Also for this coming Nov and will see what we get.
    Of course I always ask to see the room BEFORE I accept it.
