This may be a silly question so I apologize in advance, but are all Premier members assigned a butler? Reading through different posts on here and FB and I'm still not clear.
Agreed although some never see theirs. Ask to meet them at check in. Usually work in pairs early/late and staggered days off. Ours have been great but I tip them immediately and tell them more is coming if wife is happy. We use them for lots of things...decorating room for events, liquor, reservations, etc. Ask for Laura and Armando...both great.
Ceasar was our butler in march .. we loved him so much .. didn't have to much for him to do he kept telling us he needed more work
