True.......it's not allowed........and usually men can't get by with it, but women often can. Dee has been nude on the beach.........on all water sports stuff..........in the quiet pool.......and all but nude in the "big boy" pool....... Men are treated differently although one June "Fabio" walked around the pool all week in 5" heels in tinyng-strings with his clock and balls hanging out each side. He attracted more women.........and men than I have ever seen one guy do. As for nude................it seems to depend on what you look like and how far you're willing to push it!

Generally I agree with S-Steve's number approximations above, but want to point out that big groups of TTR-veterans seem to Always drive the party up, and the fabric/skin coverage percentage D-ddown. During the first couple days of our last trip, we were finishing up Week 8 Crew, and I'd say that the toplessness was over 90% by around 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. (I didn't have a watch on and the phone was in the room). I didn't run a poll, or specifically run statistics, but we were up standing on the Premier Deck bar.... there were about 40 people milling around there getting drinks and talking, and I don't think Any of the girls didn't have something very small on her bottom (standard style/cut thong or smaller/see-thru), and there were 0% tops on. Small size of group for the hotel, but at that time of day, on that day, it was representative.
Titti police at Bash last night. Younger girl with short shirt dancing away continuously jumping like a wild banchee. Shirt would pull up especially when she put her hands up. She only had little nibs but her nipples would become exposed (note I am not complaining as they were perfectly beautiful). They asked her to keep her shirt down but is was almost impossible. I think I remember seeing a picture of Stacia in a string only thong, and her not having any issues with staff... That could have been before the remodel and higher Yellow Card action going on though.
