Ive started putting a packet of flavored hydrating powder mix in my drinks (usually pineapple flavered with white Rum and water). Works great!! No more cramps.
The electrolyte powder suggestion is a winner before bed or right after pool. Naps or relaxation time are a must. But my thing was: beware of the sun. It will hit you harder than the alcohol. Can't miss the pool from 2 to 5 or Bash from 10 to ....
So, we are gonna bring 5hr energy, squincher electrolyte replacement, eye mask for sleeping while light, and a big fooking alarm clock!!! Thanks so much for the advice.....we tend to over indulge, so it's very welcome!
I was doing water, mio lemonade, and vodka or whiskey all day the last time I was down. Ended up being phenomenal. I was on a constant nice buzz, with shots helping to push that at times, but the continual drinking of water helped keep me hydrated and kept me from having any bad days/mornings as it related to alcohol
No, just Red Bull. But not always at all bars. And it costs $ so suggest u bring your own. Can’t recall if it is $5 or $6. Haven’t bought the last few trips as we pack a 4 pack in each bag
