Any tips on preparing for a visit to TTR.
We are coming in June and wanna be ready to drink till the sun comes up.
We are gonna hit the tanning beds to ensure the bits that never see sun don't get broilled, but our biggest concern is getting "partied out" too early.
Any ideas??? We REALLY do not wanna be in bed by 10pm!!

5 hour energies for that extra boost
Drink then water, drink then water during the day. Hydration is key.
Be sure you eat meals. It is easy to skip one here and there.
Bring pediolyte or something else to rehydrate and help the hangover before going to bed

Plan to be at the sexy pool all afternoon then head to your room for a snap before a late dinner (after 8). You are not going to miss much in that 1-2 hour nap in the early evening but you will be rejuvenated to make it through the 2nd best part of every day at Bash.

    Rinse. Repeat.

Hydration, hydration, hydration. A couple of years ago, I didnt heed my own advice and became so dehydrated after bout 3 days of drinking, I ended up in the middle of the pool at 3pm with leg cramps SO BAAAADDDD, I didnt think I could crawl out. Heck, even the soles of my feet were cramping. Very painful and took forever to stretch them out.

Needless to say, I dont forget to stay well hydrated anymore. Besides that, Like Jen&Kyle said, also eat at least semi regular snacks and meals.

That was me too a couple of years ago. I thought I was getting sick, I was so cramped. I had been just drinking whatever they had ready in the blender, and it was too much sugar. Switched to Vodka and Club Soda, and I had a miraculous turn around, and I pretty much haven't stopped drinking vodka since.

The ultimate answer is, in my opinion... pace yourself! Drink slow, feel the buzz, ease off!

Bring some drink mix with electrolytes. Also, hydrate really well in the mornings and before bed. Bananas help too.

For every couple of drinks , get some water in. You could even just mix water in your drinks i.e. Vodka, water and a flavor powder. Definitely want to catch a break between the pool and dinner to recharge.
