Has anyone else had trouble contacting the resort before arrival to book dinner reservations or the spa? We've used the contact forms on the resort website multiple times over the past few weeks and have heard nothing. The live chat feature is never active no matter what time of day. Usually we hear back immediately. It isn't a SPAM folder issue. We haven't tried calling yet, but that may be what it's come to.
Our unserstanding is that you cannot make reservations for anything until you are at the resort. When we have had to contact the resort we call. If you are successful with reservations before arriving please advise...we will do the same!
Can't book dinner reservations until day of. In our experience the scheduling in the spa is not that competitive.
I think the gap here is if you are not premier or not in a special room (master or penthouse maybe) you have to wait until day of. Others can book days in advance once on site. When we were in the master but not premier we booked all of our nights upon arrival.
We have used the contact forms on the Temptation site many times reference various matters and sad to say we have never had a reply
We are not members and were able to book dinner reservations days in advance while at the resort. We made all of ours at one time. This was March 2018
