Hi all! I'm a little bit mystified by the new booking format for USA Transfers. I hit the book now button for the Cancun Hotel zone. A little window pops up asking what hotel I want. I type in Temptation and 2 people and then t tells me thank you a representative will be contacting me, but nothing else. Did I do something wrong?
I got that notice then a pop up window came up with the needed information to reserve our transportation. So could be due to your settings or what type of device you use. Would not work on my ipad.
I booked my transfer today and didnt get that message. Not sure why Maybe it’s to far in advance of your trip? We re going in a week.
I got it figured out finally. It was saying continue without booking which confused the bejeesus out of me. I clicked on that and it took me to the right place. Thanks everybody!
