Just a thought for the stink from the drain....Seal off the source of the smell. You can buy a two pack: one for the shower and one for the sink. And the colors match too! https://www.amazon.com/Kirecoo-Sili...&keywords=flat+tub+stopper+bathtub+large&th=1
US Building codes require "P" traps to keep sewer gas in sewer lines! Hard to imagine investing that sort money in a "new" Resort and expecting their $450 a night guests to smell their neighbors poopies.
Its widely known at this point i believe but getting 20 peso bills for tipping is great as they are waterproof. Our biggest thing though is getting gastrolyte. Its the adult version of pedialyte whixh i kbow a lot of people bring. But, it comes in pre portioned packets of powder. We mix one before we head out for the night and have another before bed. Never had a hangover at Temptation......or maybe we just arnt drinking enough, lol
We did not have a problem with the shower getting the floor too wet. However, the smell was pretty bad. I would have liked an air freshener.
Ok is the sewer gas smell in certain buildings? new rooms? old rooms, Different floors? this will be our 7th trip, 1st since RENO and have never had room with sewer smell, So if its a building thing can ask for different building
We were in Garden and smell was NOT an issue. No sewer smell what so ever nor most of what was mentioned. The "which-way-does-the-door-opens" lottery for closet game though, is real! But hey, some things in life are far worst then that.
