we just got back from there. the pool is a little cool in the mornings because the nights have been breezy and on the cooler side but by around noon, it's prefect for cooling off. I'd bet the temps are around 83 or so for the sexy pool. we were there march 19 to 23rd

I can't see this thread title without thinking back to American hero Phil Hartman's award winning role as Bill McNeil in the greatest sitcom of the 1st half of May 1997, NewsRadio.

    Apologies.. Please carry on.

It depends on where you are from. I'm from houston and I try to keep our pool "down" around 87 in the summer because that feels just right. It'll get to about 92 if I don't keep the fountain on for evaporative cooling. I could see northerners liking a pool around 82 or 83, but that's just a touch cool when it's 80 outside and breezy. But that's also just my opinion. My wife also thought it was cool and 83 was also just a guess

Very true, we're in Michigan and 80 water temps is very warm for a pool here. Lake Michigan in the mid 60's actually feels pretty good!

I remember, as a kid, waiting anxiously for the first time the pool passed 70 to officially open the season every year. Though sometimes I'd cheat and jump in at 66ish.

We live in the real northern California where it snows and it's cold most of the time or summers are only in the 80s and 90s our local Lake only gets to about 74 and it's perfect

I've been reading everybody's negatives about the cold water in the pool and I have to agree as well . been there 3 times since the opening and even though we have a great time every time it is sad when the water is too cold that you can't get in the water. the manager before told me to always go to TripAdvisor so I think if enough people put their opinion on TripAdvisor that might get an answer and maybe we can't get some hot water in the pool or they could invest in the heater like some say we're paying a lot of money to go there and I have to say cold water or not I would still go but I hope the management would see everybody's concern any best in a heater so let's all take it to Trip Advisor and hopefully will get results

I wonder if they are keeping the hot tub later since it has been chilly? Or still closing at 6?

In Minnesota these days the water is frozen. I suppose the pool will be fine.
