Does anyone know the difference between TTR vs Desire besides the full nude. Are the parties and themes anything alike?

Correct, though the gap has closed a LOT witht he new Reno-TTR price points, especially for the Tower. Also, for the stated "double the price," you get approximately double the quality of service. That's been my experience. So, we return to the age old question.... One Week at Desire (either one, DRM or Pearl)... or Two Weeks at Temptation? I don't know. I flip-flop on that question myself.
yes the gap has closed when you look at Rack rates ,, but not that much when you look at what people actually pay,, not too many ''deals'' at the desires.
