That is good to hear. At Desire they will find me a bottle of grey goose when i ask nicely. They always say there are inventory counts and it was not easy but they make it happen. Love how they go above and beyond there. Wish there was more freedom to meet customer needs at TTR.

There is......when you are a true member
    Lol
Other then the opening (day) have never had a problem getting a bottle of requested alcohol......and even then a bottle was later elivered to me at Bash that night, along with a bottle of Rumchata thrown in, of which we shared with you and Jen.
But that was extra special service that night, perhaps becuz I damn near fell to my death of the Bash deck.
Absolut, Ketel One, Crown, have always been provided in our room, when we request it.

Fireball is always provided in our room and sometimes we send it back unopened.

I was just thinking about that as well. Do that a couple times with a nice tip, and you probably aren't out any more than you would be if you paid your Butler to do it. Quiet pool bar I would think would be the least obvious, and best way to get that done.

When I stayed at an AI in Puerto Vallarta, every night we got a glass full of straight Bailey's from the bar to put in our coffee the next morning in our room. If husband and wife each went to a different bar and asked to have your mug filled every day with straight alcohol, or even half-filled, you'd have a good start on a bar in your room. Bring an empty bottle and a funnel in your suitcase lol.

I just remembered that I was at an AI one time that had bottles in the room that were upside down and locked in a box with dispensers attached to their tops like bars have (push your cup up under the dispenser to fill - like below picture, but house the bottles in a locked cabinet). This would prevent guest from filling their suitcases with whole bottles for the trip home. TTR is an all-inclusive resort, so it should not matter if you are drinking TTR's booze at the bar or in your room. If you pay for a suite, you should have these kinds of perks, IMHO.

I believe a bottle of Grey Goose was $75 at the bar. One person in our group got one for their room just signed for it. (Member Price 25% discount) . From what I was told the Butlers cannot officially bring Alcohol from off the resort.

In April 2016, we were on a referral (members now) and I asked about buying bottles of Fireball for our room crawl. The quoted price was $60/each. So I grabbed a taxi to a liquor store and bought 6 bottles for around $125.

I liked this post strictly due to the last line: "We .... want to change that this trip." I like this thought.

Um, so Trav and I bought some bag similar to these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VUCSC9...t=&hvlocphy=9022290&hvtargid=pla-319880083864

We are going to try to bring some alcohol with us. Like you, ain't nobody got time to be stopping off at Wal-Mart. But, we all know that the April Addicts group can DRANK. So, I have a feeling what we bring will be a drop in the bucket, but the thought is there nonetheless.
