So I (Mike) have some square cuts that are "semi" sheer. Normal dry but a "bit" see through when wet. They are super comfortable but have been relegated to the home pool. Where is the line for guys? If there is one?

I wore some see through mesh on a cruise last time ,, after the cruise we went to the sexy pool ,, security never said anything .
I wear underwear in lieu of swimwear. Started cause I couldn't find pink swimwear for Octoberbreast day time pool theme. So comfortable I got other colors.
I don't think there is a line, but if you like them in the home pool, by all means bring them along. There is no reason not too. There will be guys in square cuts (that's what I wear usually) some in a mesh combo, a few thongs, and just about everything else, including the highly uncomfortable, extremely ordinary board shorts. Once you've seen Norm, (a great fellow from Prince Edward Island, Canada, with a personality as robust as the rest of him and who is also known as Santa for his white beard and size), sporting nothing but a red thong for a week you realize whatever you're wearing is of little consequence anyway. Bring whatever your lady finds most sexy on you, just as you ask of her. NOBODY will think twice about it. Norm doesn't give a shit. No reason for you to feel any different either.
