How about Cabo San Lucas? There are tons of bars down in Cabo proper (as opposed to San Jose del Cabo, which is sleepy). Easier to get to from Vancouer than Cancun. However, the last time I look at Cabo (couple years ago) it seemed to have gotten much more $$$ than it was 6-8 year ago. I think you are also encountering a Spring Break pricing problem.
We love going to Cabo. We stay at the Sandos Finistera it is a really nice place and the Club is fun. It is also a short walk to the night life down town.

The not so similar Mexico resorts Desire Cabo Caliente Florida Vegas We are planning a Europe trip. Likely Greece. Any adult only, topless optional, fun resorts / hotels in Europe? Ls possibilities a bonus, not required. Yeah yeah we know it won’t be like TTR but something that checks as many of the boxes above as possible?
Mykonos is the party island if you are going to Greece. The crowd is really young, however. Older Greeks just sit around talking and drinking Ouzo. Great beaches on Mykonos, and you can zip all around the island on mopeds. Keep in mind that the Greek Islands are very quiet except in the summer, when they are crazy busy. So if you want to party, you have to go in the summer. I was on Santorini in early September, and it was a ghost town. Santorini is lovely for some romantic down time, however. I stayed at a place called Hotel Iliovasilema, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Not 5-star accommodations, but the view made it a 5-star. Beaches are rock in Santorini, except for one. Beaches everywhere are topless in Greece.
