Can we bring liquor in our suitcases flying from the US?

 

Yeah you can bring it in your *checked* bags...But I am sure it would be cheaper In MX! There is a liquor store across the street and Walmart there as well.

 

It is normally cheaper in mexico.

 

WalMart usually is 10-20% cheaper than any US liquor store and sometimes Duty Free has some pretty good deals. If you just "bring" liquor in without a Duty FREE receipt you might pay a duty or, if you find a thirty customs guy, face confiscation.....

 

I know a while back we couldn't get Fireball in Cancun, so we would check a half gallon from the US so that we had some for Chinos and others on the Boobs Cruise. Anyone know if fireball is available?

 

I was just wondering. Can you buy Fireball in MX?

 

Thought I heard that the resort had it now. I used to bring in Incinerator (91 proof) stuff... I also bring a couple of AIWC.

 

We bought fireball in Feb at the liquor store across the street from the resort. Think we paid 600 pesos or about $35 for 1L

 

Yepp you can. Just dont buy it in the resort crazy expensive buy it across the street

 

You are allowed to bring 2 L in to MX if you can't find it MX
