I hit send too early. What Stacia did, since she's of the spinner type and and not... quite... 5'1" when we were there in October is just not get "in" the Sexy Pool. She sat ont he edge, sat ont he steps, hung out on the sunshelf, or just stood up and talked to people around the premier bar with me while we were doing the traditional TTR meet & greet time each day. Of course, her standing out of the water, but wearing some of the world's skimpiest swimwear is.... kind of a non sequitur, but I am very cool with it I have to say. So, for me personally, I say Hail and good job to the engineers of the pool as Both Boobies and Booty are out!
I'm bringing down a double tube float (if suitcase weight permits), but Sean is 6'2" and I am 5'8", so I doubt we'll use it, in which case, all the little gals can pile on it. I was just thinking it might be good for the Foam Party. But using a floatie at TRR just seems weird to me. It's something you'd do at a family resort. Doesn't seem conducive to talking to people, as their heads will be a lot lower than ours. But I'm probably overthinking this.
In Nov we noticed a few big floaties in the pool. In our opinion (IOO) they were a bit awkard and silly, two beautiful women riding a big bird having fun.. floating aimlessly around being pushed, running into people, bouncing off of people etc.. so you step out of the pool to get out of the way... fun?? Sure, but it could get out of control and be a nuisance ..
I picked up some small 90 cm rings , on ebay,, if they work, fine , if not the kids at the beach will like them .
The level wouldnt have seemed as bad but the water was just too cold more people were just laying on the chairs instead of being in the water. The cold water really ruins the pool fun
I am glad that I ran across this thread again. I am 5'2 and we are going in April. Guess I need to get a floatie of some sort & add it to my packing list. I don't want to stand on my tip toes all week or have to figure out how to drink my drink without it dunking into the Sexy Pool. HAHA!!
Some people in October had these small inflatable flamingos that held their drinks. It was pretty funny to see, but a cool idea!
