April 14th Arrivals Meet 'n' Greet

I haven't been to the renovated resort, so those of you that have been already are welcome to nominate a better spot for the get-together than the lobby bar.

 

We get to TTR around noon. Going to make a real, real effort to escape the first day curse this time!

Tell us when and where. We are fine with whatever!

 

Sorry, as stated earlier we thought, that the lobby bar is the perfect spot for meet and greet, its a very good sized bar, kinda quiet and lots of space with couches near by and the entire lobby behind the couches.. on both sides of the lobby bar are the automatic opening doors (remember the buffet doors?) on the RH side (facing the ocean) the doors go to Bash Bar, on the LH side of the Lobby bar the doors go out to Bash but instead of a drinks bar its the late night burgers and fries bar.. make sense?? The bottle neck we were refering to is at the Bash Drinks Bar to the premier covered tables and chairs lounge area.. but that area is nice for dancing and visiting and hanging out all night..

Oh and the nearest restrooms are inside the lobby, past the lobby bar up two steps to the right past the coffee bar.. so lots of traffic around the lobby bar in and out of the auto doors or AKA the "Dress removing wind tunnel" Doors.. lol

 

Having been in October, I would suggest the Lobby Bar area.

 

Heidi & I should be @ the Sexy Pool by 1:30, so anytime after that... ....but before we leave on the 17th

 

Just give up the time and place and we will be there

 

Okay, let's say the lobby bar, and if the adjacent area turns out to be better, it's easy to make the shift.

How about we compromise on the time and say 7:30 to 8:30, and continuing later if people want? Can everyone live with that? Doesn't mean you have to turn up at 7:30. The idea is for all the new people who arrived on April 14th to meet up and have a drink on the way to/from dinner to kick off their vacay. If others who arrived before the 14th want to join in, the more the merrier.

 

We arrive on the 11th so will be ready to catch up with everyone on the 14th.
