So when we had a master suite our butler asked if we wanted him to reserve chairs for us. I looked at him like ‘are you kidding me’? And said absolutely not. Playing the game is bad enough (and I play it when we want a chill in the chair day) but having someone else play it for you was well crazy.

sopposably the ''loungers'' are uncomfortable ? I wish they had chairs around the pool for a change .
Yea some outdoor couch like furniture like this at some of the corners around the pool would be nice. I don't like to sit or lay in a low lounge chair, but I would plop down on one of these to have drinks, talk to people, and watch the games.
That's great news for us non sun seekers! Wonder if you can share a tip as to where the best chairs with the longest time in the shade are located?
Amen!. Butler service will be putting our big orange T shirts on chairs for us, just find them and put your stuff on them and then come find us and pay your dues!!
There are large umbrellas all around the pool, so you should be able to find shade no matter where you sit. The chairs that become shaded earliest were kind of under the hot tub area. That was in February, not sure what the angle of the sun in relation to the tower will be during your stay.
