April 14th Arrivals Meet 'n' Greet

With 30+ couples arriving on April 14th, Donald and I were thinking that a meet up, pre-party kinda thang would be fun to kick off the trips of the newcomers. Lobby bar, maybe? What time? Post with your input!

 

After I get my room ,lol,, Karen your getting in late ?

 

Sean and I land at 4:30, so I am guessing (hoping) we will get to the resort by 6 pm?

 

I will be glowing by then loll

 

lol Craig, it's "informative" that Donald will be glowing by 6 pm?

 

We do not like to miss time at sexy pool but how about meeting at quiet pool 11 a m on the 15th. We get in about 9 am on the 14th and by the time you get in we may be to far gone for a meet and greet.

 

We get in at 11 am on the 14th. First time and we'd be happy to participate in a meet n greet!

 

What about a cocktail party in the hour between 8 and 9 at the lobby bar? People can have dinner, then pop by for a drink before dressing for glow night?

 

I vote for the 8-9 time at the lobby bar. Still by that time some may be experiencing the first night curse.

 

Just because I started this thread, it doesn't mean that you guys can't have the meet and greet before Sean and I arrive, if that's the group consensus. But my thinking was that between 8 and 9 pm there is a bit of a lull, so it's a good time to pop by the lobby bar for a drink on your way back to your room after dinner.

Pulling people away from the Sexy Pool on their first day for an afternoon get together seems like a proposition doomed to failure!
