Basically 101 days before we are on our way. Can't wait, and now the serious exercise countdown begins as well. I have been pegged with several injuries off an on this last year(most, like many of my injuries, were of my own drunken fault), and I lost my girlish figure, hahhaa. Today will be the first day back to the gym after a double inguinal hernia surgery. Really looking forward to getting my shit together, and the vacation at the end of May is a nice end goal!
Ouch. I didn't know there were two Inguinals? Can you lift 12 oz yet? That's all you need unless you stretch yourself to the 16oz big boy can!
Well that's what I thought I had, haha. Things were done on both sides from the inside with a robot, and I can feel it in there, but that weird feeling is going away. Don't worry, I was lifting cases of beers, and bottles of beers directly to my lips two days after surgery.
