So now that the resort has time to take care of there remodling issues are those "Slippery spots still a concern"
I know there have been reports of it happening, but we were there Halloween and didnt slip once. Dont recall seeing or hearing about any that week either. But of course we are mindful of the possibility while we are there also.
We were there for reopening and found it to be less slippery than pre-renovation. Now, we are New Yorkers so we are used to running around like chickens with our heads cut off. But while on vacation tend to slow it down a notch or two. Disclaimer: I’ve recently been admonished for a post, that I believe the reader misunderstood. So I will add that I am apologizing in advance to any and all chickens that are running around with their heads cut off.

When I was there in November more than once I saw people slip on the floor by the lobby bar from wet people going from the hot tub to the lobby bathrooms. They always had someone there trying to mop up the water but they couldn't keep up with the water dripping off the hot tub partiers. It would also be wet and slippery around the lobby bar from people from the hot tub getting drinks to take back to the hot tub. My guess is this is probably the reason they close the hot tub at 7:00 now so the floor isn't constantly getting wet while people are partying at Bash. They could solve the problem by putting carpet runners down leading to the bathrooms.
