Industrial size? I used to work at a grocery store in high school in "bulk foods" and we tried to calculate how many pounds of instant jello it would take to turn the school pool into "Jello". Actually "accumulated" about 200#'s before someone said "how are we going to boil the pool first"? We didn't really think that far ahead back then.....some things never change!
Actually "box" was supposed to be "case" as in case of boxes! Do they have non-boil version similar to cold brew tea?
