Thomas Cook (attention fellow Brits)

So we've just had an amazing holiday at the new TTR, arrived NYE for 2 fun filled weeks, all booked through Thomas Cook.
So, obviously, we're looking at re-booking. Unfortunately it seems that Thomas Cook are no longer offering this hotel until Jan 2019.....What's that about??

Have any of you fellow Brits booked with anyone else?

We live in oxford,flying from Birmingham but could have flown from several airports
We have paid just over £2100 including private transfers for our week
