The Addicts are doing rave/neon, and it's glow night for the resort, so you can do as little as buying some glowstick accessories at the dollar store and wearing them with "regular" clothes (I see the resort suggests white, so I assume there is a black light), or wear rave clothes or bright neon clothing. I'm wearing this (which is both rave and neon), and bought my husband a $10 eBay polo shirt the same color so he can remember who he is going home with at the end of the night.
