We are staying at TTR from the April 25- May 1st. We are going to take a ferry to Isla Mujeres and rent golf carts and bar hop. I understand the carts are around 50 for the day and the ferry costs between 10-17 US round trip. If anyone is interested let me know. We are not going to leave really early, but thinking around 11-12.
You might want to leave earlier than that because the carts sell out sometimes especially the 4+ seaters.
Awesome trip, The Island has so much to offer. Many people don't even know about it and how much fun it is.
Soggy dollar in the Bvi is our favorite bar in the world. So yes Soggy Peso is on the top of the list. We are flexible on dates. Figure the 27th and 30th are out because of the Boobs Cruise, but it's a must go for us. Saw we can reserve golf carts in advance that way we can sleep in a bit.
We will have to check out this bar as well, sounds like a good time. We are there April 24... For seven days. Most definitely do in the boob Cruise.
Just got back from doing exactly what everyone is talking about. We got a couple cases of beer and hopped along from place to place. Just a tip. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. I got stopped by the police and had to go to the station and pay a $132 US fine! Makes a hell of a story but kind of expensive. You can drink than drive, and passengers can drink, but driver can not have alcoholic beverages in their hands while driving. I think I'll take my beer helmet next time. Lol. Enjoy!
The Patio and The Joint are two good bars. The Joint is on south end of island, looks very rustic but good cold drinks. Not far from very south end. The Patio is downtown couple blocks from ferry toward east side island. Of course Nash’s good sport bar also downtown near The Patio, if need to see a game.
