Hawkeyecpl....I'm pretty sure we did time together during our early Feb 2016. It was a chilly trip but still a lot of fun. We were with a big group so you probably don't remember us.
Totally! Hoping for better weather when we go back Feb 25th. I'm pretty well insulated but Katherine barely got in the pool that week.
I gave up trying to do not resort themes this trip because it seemed to upset people in the theme night thread by changing things.. so I'm just going with the resort themes this trip..
Okay, y'all, This question may have been done here already, but I know this is more confidential than the Facebook page. We are both teachers in a tiny town in Georgia, so we have to be careful - as does probably everyone on the thread. What is the "pattern" of TTR? When we've been to Desire, there is a definite pattern for the day. Mornings are pretty quiet and chill, then they heat up after 1ish, there crazy time at the rooftop hot tub around 5, everyone naps, cleans up, and looks beautiful at dinner 8-9ish, and then the disco gets crazy again with themed costumes. When we went to Hedo a few years ago, we didn't realize that people wore their costumes for theme nights to dinner... Or that the craziest time was in the pool during the day. So, you experienced TTR'ers out there, help a girl coming back to her naughtiest roots! Dressed up for dinner or costumes? Main crazy time is daytime pool or dance club? And, what's the new Nice Shoes? There is a dance club, right? And Steve, if this has already been done in a separate thread, will you please direct me there? We are sorry you think we are being sour. We are a bit, no lie there. Our posts of late are to just a service to warn others that no theme is set in stone. The folks on the thread in Dec. voted on themes. It was a fair process. This was done to help folks who wanted to shop early and often. We shopped and were done. Since then, 3 of the 6 nights we are there have changed. Two of the outfits that we purchased can not be returned. We are very sorry if you think we are bitter. Not the angle we were looking to take. Don't worry in 29 days we rage all day and will have a blast. We might just go with a naked theme. A lot cheaper. We could see how many yellow cards the resort has. They can't kick us all out!
