We had some of our friends (TTR regulars) send in our information (email, travel dates, room type(s)) to get referral pricing for a May trip we're planning and have yet to receive anything. That was about two weeks ago. Is that a normal turnaround time? Without any crazy Black Friday deals going on, we figured they wouldn't be that swamped. Thanks!
No that isn't average A member should already have a pretty good idea of the referral rate and be able to get confirmation within an hour during regular business hours
48 hours at most, but referral pricing is just 25% off what's on the website and close enough to quote your friends.
Thanks for the info. I slightly misspoke. By pricing, I meant turnaround time for Premier getting in contact with us to arrange our booking. All that being said, it turned out they didn't receive (or lost) the email from our friends, so we've restarted the process. Thanks all.
Also, please note. Premier doesn't get a hold of you, you have to contact them. The way it normally works for me is: Someone requests a referral and provides dates, I (the member) contact my people at premier and get rates for those dates in multiple room categories, then I provide those rates back to the requester. If they like the rates, pick a room type, and want me to move forward with the booking, I get their full passport names and an email address and email back to the premier office providing this info. Then a contract is drafted and it is sent back to myself and the requester is copied. The last step is then for the requester to call the office and make a deposit payment over the phone, Later, at least 30 prior to their trip, it is their(the requester) responsibility to call back and make the final payment.
