Anyone that has been since the reno know if you have to be in a certain type of room to get into the rooftop area?

    Thanks!

Just left TTR, 10 days ago.
SkyBar is open Wednesday to Sunday, from 10a.m. to 6p.m.
And it is only free for tower guests and premier members.
Otherwiese it is $20.00 U.S. per person to enter.

However they are reviewing some of this information and changes may be coming to the hours of operation.

We were looking at the Trendy Garden View Room or the Bash Tower. Is it worth it to move to the tower room?

If you are asking me, I would say No.
But we have never stayed in the tower.
But in 3 trips since re-opening, we have visited several rooms in the tower.
They are nice, and have some advantages, but not something we are intersted in.

The food at SkyBar is outstanding and the booze is top shelf.
Personally on a beautiful slow pool day or just looking to chill, the 20.00 is worth it to spend up at SkyBar.
you could have a cool intimate day party up there with a good group of peeps.
There is a DJ and service staff.
It is a pretty cool space.
and the hot tub is hot, at least it was when we were up there
We went up there everyday it was open, at least for lunch, but somedays we spent tye afternoon up there as well.
The view is spectacular and you can still look over and watch the sexy pool shenanigans.

Just to be clear, the rooftop is open for free to anyone in a tower room as well as premier members staying anywhere at the resort (this includes those that are there on a referral). All others may pay $20 per person per day to access the roof top.

That is so lame. We like staying near the quiet pool and I don't feel that people that stay outside of the tower should have to pay an extra fee to use any part of the resort. Dumb dumb dumb makes me mad!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
