Looking through restaurants on the resort website is a little confusing in regard to restaurant dress codes. We’re coming from cold in winter and go into a tropical paradise. Do we have to bring pants? I know some resorts require pants in the evening for certain restaurants. Is this the case at Temptation? And which require reservations? And are they worth it?
can I get in with a nice tip? I would think there might be a few no shows on Boobs Cruise days, just saying
I would say yes... You should pack one or more pair of pants. Never had a problem with Dark jeans, shoes (not tennis shoes or sandals) and a nice button down short sleeve shirt for dinner. We really like Sutra and Romanza. Have not been to She.
Yes $10 will usually do it. But for hibachi it really depends on seats. $10 got us to the front of the no show line.
We were there last month, and I wore shorts, a polo, and sandals to all of the restaurants. As did a lot of others. You don't need pants at all.
According to a thread on facebook a person who is there now says it is currently being enforced for all but the buffet for dinner
You'll need and want long pants for the nice restaurants at night. Don't be one of those people who just can't be bothered to dress up a bit and then bring the whole restaurant down with your shorts and flip-flops! I doubt the restaurants will make a scene and refuse to let you in with shorts and sandals, but you can be sure that others around you will be wondering why you couldn't put in a little effort. A couple of light pairs of slacks will make everything better.
My husband loves linen pants because they are so comfy...he tries to break them out of his closet on sunny days in March and I have to gently remind him they are for summer ONLY. Head down to Tommy Bahamas and pick up a couple pairs (or get 'em cheap on eBay). They look great with a long-sleeved linen shirt with the sleeves rolled up a bit. I've been picking up $85+ linen shirts on eBay for $20 this month. Make your lady proud!
We're just back and can confirm they have tightened up the dress code enforcement. We saw several guys turned away from She & the Italian restaurant for wearing shorts. (Hurrah!)
