Pool & beach butler service

First time TTRers here and we landed in the Bashtower which comes with the above service. Can’t find info on this anywhere. Does anyone know what this entails? Thanks for reading.

 

When you check in they'll introduce you to your butler. You can ask them for anything you need during your stay.

Pool service is the waiters who come around and serve you drinks. Be sure to tip. Regular guests need to get up and go to the bar to get their own.

 

We were in the tower both times and assumed the waiters were for all but maybe they were just coming to us due to our bands? The waiters at the sexy pool walking around do not ask all if they want drinks?

 

They were only coming to you due to your band color - black and turquoise
I'm sure they have occasionally served a regular guest, especially one who tips well, but they don't seek them out like they do the members and tower guests!

 

1st Timer and booked room in the Bash Tower. What color band will I receive upon arrival? I am not a member.

 

You'll get a turquoise blue one.

Members and their Referrals are black. Regular guests are white.

 

Why's everything got to be about color these days Shit's getting tired.

Since there was some mention of tipping.. to whom, how much, how often and where are the tips best distributed for a superb experience?
