Wife and I are very interested in the cruise and are def not afraid of naked people lol. But a couple going with us has douts about even going topless let alone naked. They are not prudes and love to party but this is way out of the norm for them. Will they still have fun and is there one part of the boat less naked or not as crazy or should I leave them at the resort lol. Also do all the games on the boat pretty much get you topless, naked and drunk or can non topless people play to? Sorry for the long post.
You don't have to be a complete naked, partying, drink guzzling, type A personality to have a great time on the Boobs Cruise. The most simplest thing I can say in response to your question is overall: If they aren't prudes, then they will love it. Most of the people are not naked, but mostly all of the women are topless. I have only been on a couple of cruises where there were many bottoms off (men and women), and that is not the norm and was due to it being a cruise during a high repeater week, completely loaded with TTR and Boobs Cruise vets. There isn't one section of the boat that is more naked than another, it kind of just is all over. However the back of the boat is a little more tame, so if things are getting to wild, it's easy and fun to chill back there. The games that are played are an assortment, and never the same; they aren't just like drinking and chugging games. Lots of things depending on energy of the boat to see where things go. Non topless people still get involved. My wife doesn't always take her top off right away. There is a little pressure, but a solid "no", or "not right now" will suffice. People will say there is more pressure than that, but in my experience first hand that isn't the case. I think sometimes there is someone that looks like they want to take their top of, and are questioning it, so that is when the boat will begin the pressure. But I really wouldn't call it pressure, it's much more like pumped up encouragement. If you have been at the resort a few days already by the time you even go on the cruise, pretty much all these questions and doubts will have been pointless, because your friends will have already probably picked up on the vibe of the place, the guests/staff and the Boobs Cruise will just be the next wild adventure within your trip.
You do not have to participate in the naked and crazy stuff, but you will not be able to hide from it. However, if someone won't go topless I highly recommend that person does not go on something called a Boobs Cruise, they will absolutely get singled out.

Chinos must not have been on that trip. I would strongly encourage anyone who does not want to be topless to stay on shore. It IS the Boobs Cruise. If your top doesn't come off right away, there is a very good chance you will be humiliated. I have seen it multiple times and it wasn't pretty. It really is not "topless optional." It is TOPLESS. Boobs. Titties. Hooters. Nowhere on the brochure does it day "teeny bikini tops." There should be no confusion about this. If it's not your thing, stay ashore. Please do not go and then post on TripAdvisor how shocked you were that you were expected to be topless.
we been on 5 boob cruises. there are always 1,2, or 3 that don't take there top off. they heckle a bit but nothin much... they definitely do not pressure u as much as some say...
We used to say topless optional, but now prefer to say topless expected. No one is going to rip anyone's top off against their will but she may feel like the odd one out if she chooses not to. It's just as out of place as being the only topless person among a boat load of ladies with their tops on.
