Tell me what you've heard about this new no-camera policy

They did exactly that when we were there last week... and it changed everyday to fit with the theme nights.

 

Not sure why people think rules don’t apply to them?

The rule exists so that everyone can get maximium enjoyment out of their vacation.

 

Yup the resort is fully back to normal when the camera threads start up!

 

Now if someone would hijack the thread with a pool chair complaint. Hahaha

 

When we were in the process of checking in (November) and talking to the guy that shows a map of the resort I remember him clearly stating "no cameras at the sexy pool". I don't remember him saying anything about bash. Great to hear they are enforcing no cameras at the sexy pool. If you want pictures go to the beach or quiet pool (we normally take a couple of pictures at the beach).

 

Yep 3 topics that for some reason get people fired up and start the name calling... cameras, chair saving and single guys. How have the single guys been lately?

 

Next time I go I might just walk around the pool sit down with a drink in a chair with a camera bag in front of me, no camera just the bag, to see what will happen!

I kid of course, but yes those three subjects are definitely popular here!

 

Yep. Politics, religion, and TTR cameras, chairs, and single guys. Gets it going every time. I'm getting the feeling that "pool water height" is making its way into the top 5 soon. Lol

What's sort of weird about this is that Desire has started loosening it's photo policy. Remember, the people can be fully naked with the blessing of staff and management, and there are active and live playtime areas there too. No pics in play areas of course, but I can show you some pics we took in the night club and pool area getting the sexy vibe going (no I'm really not going to show you, but I do have them). This just seems unintuitive. The last time we were at DRM when we were checking in hey told us that the taking of pictures, respective of other's wishes for privacy, was OK. Interesting, isn't it.

And, on the issue of idiots. This is why we can't have nice things! LOL!

To everyone who has had a bad experience with a photo creeper, I do get it, Stacia's been creeped before, too. We figured it out quick and stomped... er... put a stop to it. But, I have no issue at all with another of the guys, whose wife and/or gf is putting on a show looking for attention with my/our girls to take pics. As long as they share. I'm not out to take pictures of you, (insert your name here), if you are female, hot, and the target of photo creepers). I get it that the few ruin things for the majority.
