First timers going in April. We have read alot about room noise filtering up from the partying below. We are definately ready to party hard, but would like a couple hours sleep at night. We are booked for the lush tower. Should we change rooms?

We were in the Lush Tower 5214 in October, and the only noise we experienced was the construction in the morning. You should be fine now!

I think the lower floors in the tower may experience noise, from talking to other people... higher floors like we were in barely heard anything, even if the balcony doors were open, but definitely not if closed on fourth....

Bash music does shutdown at 2 or 3pm.... And, if you don't close the party down, and are party people, you are unlikely to hear the noise from either.... being too busy to hear it, or too drunk to hear it!!!! Lol.....

And no... you don't want to change rooms! On a recent room crawl, staying in the tower.... some of the garden rooms are really small now with all the built in furniture - quite closphobic! Better the way they were with no storage space, imo.... ocean view rooms are better though.

    May I ask what's a room crawl?

Kindof like a meet and greet in a room with a few shots and/or a game. Then you all move on to the next room for more shots and so on...

For comparison purposes the tower rooms are definitely quieter than the rooms around Patty o’s used to be. They are better sound proofed. Not as quiet as the rooms around the quiet pool but still bearable. Loud music stops at 2am and music still goes until 3am but it is turned down some. We thought the rooms around Patty o’s were too loud and don’t feel that way about tower rooms thankfully :)

At least a few of the quiet pool rooms, the ones, near the bathroom, are quite loud. The Bash noise funnels up the walkway, and it gets amplified. That being said, I would request again. The other side was pretty quiet, pre-renovation.

We were in that same area our past October trip and I'll second that experience. The music and... uh... we'll euphemistically call it "conversation (imagine 20-odd folks having a great old drunken time walking out of Bash and still talking and carrying on as loud as they had been inside walking down the hall outside your room) was just like described, funneled right into that hallway and channeled down it. L.O.U.D.

Not a problem if you were one of the party-ers, though. Only if you were trying to actually rest.
