Ladies, how to have the perfect body for your trip to TTR

Nope, I don't really have a plan for you.....

But, I do have great tips for all the ladies wanting a perfect body for the trip.
Nope, it's not diet
Nope, it's not working out.

Go to the mirror. Look at yourself. Say "Damn I'm sexy" Then say it again, only 5x louder. "DAMN I"M SEXY"

Then, commit that to memory. The say it to yourself every day, every night.

TTR is for everyone, all shapes and sizes. I'm a guy who has worked out his whole life, and I'm willing to bet I've heard at least as many negative comments about what i look like as someone who carries some extra lbs around.
There is NOTHING sexier than a woman so struts her stuff and has has self confidence. Attitude sells. Your walk, your talk, it says to others DAMN I'M SEXY and guess what, people will believe you and see it.

Walk tall, be confident, and know that if anyone judges you, it's THEM who lose out on meeting a cool person and having the opportunity to make a new friend.
We've met some of the coolest people at TTR over the years, and always look forward to meeting more.

Just a little rant and advice, from someone who many years ago was a shy tall skinny kid, who found his voice and confidence. Sharing is caring....

This is such awesome advice, but can I add one tip? Tell someone else (maybe someone who looks like they really need to hear it?) "Damn, you're sexy," and you'll be amazed how much sexier YOU become!

 

So true! We have both changes sizes multiple times through the last 8 years based on eating habits, seasonal activities, stress etc and we haven’t had a bad trip yet in 10+ trips.


Tip: I (girl) always do something that makes me feel sexy ontge trip like get sa manicure right before leaving or new highlights......or shoes. I can always feel sexier based on my footwear.

myself I think to have the perfect body has a lot to do with being with the perfect soulmate who sees you exactly the way you wish you looked. My hubby who is probably a great liar makes me feel perfect. Love all the comments above!

 

I completely agree! I am very critical of every little flaw on my body, but every day, Sam tells me that I am his fantasy woman, and fantasies are always perfect! I cannot even begin to tell you how much confidence that gives me! Every time a hot guy talks to me, I can hear Sam saying, "You're the hottest bitch in this place!" (Robin Thicke) He says it so much that he actually has me believing it! (...but in a humble way. )

 

You have no idea how many times I've read this thread as our first trip to Temptation gets closer (Feb 28 - March 6) And, yes, the men in our lives either make or break us. I'm extremely lucky to have one who "makes" me. We're lucky ladies for sure !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
