I'm a self-professed over planner. I saw someone posted a menu picture from the skybar - does anyone have any other menu pictures from after the rennovation? Would love to have an idea what to expect! thanks,
Yes it's awesome and the food is all very fresh and well prepared. They only things that were tough were: 1. You have to be there before 11 2. There was like no one else in there when we were eating, so it felt kind of lonely (making the service almost too attentive.)
I loved the Sea Flirt breakfast, particularly the migada and motulenos dishes. The cold starters are pretty small, so you can actually have a starter and a breakfast, but I found the hot starters huge! French toast and hotcakes were sweeter than dessert but amazing some hangover mornings ha Sidenote: My favorite go-to breakfast is still at the buffet but you have to ask for it. Get the lovely omelette lady to make you 2 Huevos Rancheros ,with everything on it, and one with red sauce one with green sauce mmmmmm Also, the octopus appetizer at Sea Flirt dinner. Do it.
I liked the food at sea flirt and we had an outside table on the deck that made it even better. Bad thing was you couldn't pig out on the bacon but I guess you can just walk over to the buffet throw some on a plate and give it to the omlet person to quickly reheat for you.
