They say Mex fest out and to look for a new one. Many times the group changes the themes during a given week, we did school girl and kilts last time on the group's decision so keep thinking of great themes....
I have seen that and i also keep seeing threads about room crawls. I am not exactly sure what that is or how its set up? We plan on doing every theme night so i am open to any ideas to replace mexfest
Room crawls are fun, great way to meet folks and decorate. Doing it early in the week helps with making friends for the whole week
I would be interested if someone was to orginize one. Just need a better idea of game ideas so i could plan our game
Depending on the amount of participants the drinks are the most important as there may not be much time for games, we had 45 people on our last one with 7 rooms so not much time for games
Wow. 45 is alot of rooms. Lol. Well if someone sets it up we would be game for sure. We are first timers as i pointed out so need to meet a few vets to show us how its done
