We booked via the cyber sale about a week ago and received a confirmation email, but the charge hasn’t posted to our account yet. Anyone else having this issue?
I know they have been deluged this last week, also they don't work weekends. I booked Thursday and haven't been charged yet If you've received your confirmation you should be fine. Hopefully they'll catch up this coming week.
We paid for ours on Friday and the charge went through but have not received our confirmation email...should we be worried?
Booked with cyber sale Nov 18th and still no charge on credit card. I received an email with a reservation number that day though. I'm waiting to cancel my original reservation with Skoosh until I see the Temptation charge on my card. I will be there in Feb. one way or another.
We also booked for the sale and did receive an email confirmation but not charged on the card so.... crossed fingers all is good to go or somebody gonna meet an unhappy couple at check-in!
There was a post on the Facebook page that said they are backed up with so many bookings due to the sale, but as long as you received and email with confirmation, you are good to go!
