    I'm surprised so many people pack so far in advance. We leave Sunday morning and we were discussing if we should pack Saturday morning before we drop our kid off with grandparents or Saturday night after we drop him off. I'm sure it will be Saturday night so we don't have to worry about him coming in and asking what things are :confused:

    We have found that if we pack more than a day in advance we will just start throwing extra crap in the suitcase.

    We are the same way but our kids are older now, they'd expect it from us.
    BTW- it's too bad we miss you guys by a week.
