We use lingeriewholesalechina.com they use DHL out of Cincinnati and we get our packages in one week to Toronto. Ordered at least 5 times over the last two years and never more than a week and a half. They generally ship in 2 Days. The rest of the time is courier time.

If your outfit is appropriate for dinner, ie, more like normal dinner wear but sexier, then yes. If not, no, change after dinner. Imo....
