    Need to decide if we limit number of people so we can travel as group to each room OR have people be hosts and then people rotate rooms with host welcoming each group??

    I agree travelling round rooms sounds good. We have been talking to smiths&d to try to come up with a way of doing this with the numbers we have. Hopefully we are somewhere near.
