For the cruise yesterday (23rd Oct) we had to charter in a different boat from another company. Our largest boat went to Cuba for maintenance and was delayed getting back, our smaller boat holds 75 and we had 100 people pre-booked. Rather than have to turn people away we chartered in the largest catamaran in Cancun - "Sea Passion" 75 feet! Very disappointed that even though that date had been sold out for weeks (and I've turned away around 30 people) we had a spate of cancellations over the weekend, largely due to uncertain weather. The late notice of cancellation meant it was too late to contact most of the people on the waiting list since they were already in or traveling to Cancun and 4 couples didn't show at all on the day. We ended up with 89 people, and had planned for 100. Our big boat is back now and we'll be using that as from the cruise on Friday 27th. Capacity is 100.
We will greet u all when u return. First time we have ever played that role as we are usually on the boat. But with this trip only being 3 nights it won’t happen for us.
