Wasn't planning to, ( but I can help with spread sheets ect ) , but time wise Plan Jan and Feb, and finalize Feb 15,, gives time to order stuff. Planning to far ahead , the resort can change themes, and nights, and new people cum on late and complain they were left out. Last year (2) we had a huge overlapping group so there were about 3 different themes going on .
