Apologies for sounding clueless--we're newbies--but if everyone is hosting a shot in their rooms, who's actually going room to room?
I haven't done one yet. But my understanding is everyone in the crawl meets at one place to kick it off, then as a group you head from room to room. So it's like "OK lets go to my room next, it's close to here" Everyone does a shot, hangs a little, then you hear the "OK lets roll out", and everyone leaves together. Now I would imagine if it was your own room, and you had a few stragglers from the main group, you might stay behind a bit then catch up. I don't think it's the room hosts staying in their own room the entire time, and people just coming to them. That would suck. Think of it more like a caravan with pit stops.
Yes that is the typical room crawl where hosts and all travel from room to room. We actually do one where every room has a shot and a game. Either drinking or sexy game it is up to the host. We keep it to around 7 couples that way you have 15 mins per room and with travel time between rooms it keeps it to about 2 hours. The 15 mins normally gives enough time for one to two full rounds of game play. I have seen some people posting on Facebook about having just drinks and like 20 couple. I am not sure what they are doing other then taking shots since there are so many people.
Games definitely alot more fun. A fantastic game with all couples is:- blindfold all the men, girl's then stand infront of any guy (not there partner), then kiss him wherever she wants, blindfolds are then removed & guy's have to guess who kissed them

Whatever did we do before the iconic Room Crawl was invented? It seems a room crawl is scheduled every 3rd day on these threads. Seems Room Crawl burn-out must be near. Wbo invented the damn things?
