Disappointed the Boobs Cruise got cancelled today. What a great day. Looks like Nate will pass by tonight. Everything is business as usual at Temptation. Party on.
Very frustrated here too, second time it's happened since re-opening for what turned out to be largely false alarms. The weather didn't deteriorate until a couple of hours after the cruise would have got back, and even then it was just a sprinkle of rain and very light wind. Getting close to 11pm now and it's not raining at all with virtually zero wind where we are 5 miles away. Hate having to cancel on 95 people and now the overspill has messed us up for Monday with about 20 people looking for spaces that aren't available due to selling out again. I had no choice in the decision, when the coastguard says no boat traffic there's no way of getting round it.
I never saw so much of an active season storm / hurricane this year. Water is warmer than usual and ours colder. I just hope everything will go well for everyone affected by all of this.
Must be a nightmare mate, having to deal with this and try and keep people happy. Coastguard has final say, so no choice for you, but positive you will sort the best solution for the majority Well Done
