We used to do that, but now we have 25 cruises scheduled at once it would be too many stickies. For September and October cruises, I tried making a new non sticky thread for each cruise one month before the actual cruise date but there was very little interest.
Rain, rain go away! In regards to the oct.6 cruise, when would we know if it gets cancel due to the possible storm put there?
Any decision to cancel a Boobs Cruise is made by the coastguard, not ourselves and we don't normally find out until the morning of. As soon as we know ourselves then we get the word out via here and Facebook etc and also should be available at the hotel at meet up time if the roads are passable. The storm currently on its way (October 4th as I write) is not looking good unfortunately, although it seems like the worst of it wont be here until after the Boobs Cruise has already finished. But too early to say for sure as yet. If cancellation is necessary we may re-arrange for Saturday if the weather looks better, the boat is available and we don't lose too many people.
Oct 6 Boobs Cruise Cancelled Due to Tropical Storm Nate the Coastguard has prohibited all boat traffic tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday. The boats have been taken to Isla Mujeres for shelter. Since Saturday is also out of the question we wont be re-arranging this cruise as we sometimes do when bad weather strikes. All deposits will be refunded back to the card you paid with. Our next scheduled cruise is Monday October 9th, and I hope by then the weather will be back to normal. However, for the 9th we'll be using the smaller boat (capacity 70). Our larger boat was scheduled to go to Cuba for maintenance and will be out of action for a week. It's possible that this may get delayed due to the storm but for now I have to work on the basis that we we'll be using the smaller boat. We only have 4 spaces left for Monday so if you wish to go please make a booking asap. We may have extra spaces available on the day due to no shows.
