First Timers with questions ... any help appreciated.

My wife and I are first timers Sept 20th - 25th (15th Anniversary with no kids with us finally!!!! LOL)
We are super excited and want to partake in all of the activities. We are a little confused about the theme nights. It looks like the resort plans theme nights but they don't always correlate with the themes posted here on Cancun care. We want to do some last minute shopping for our outfits but don't want to waste money on buying something and brining it if it's not going to be used or is a different theme than we thought. Also, are most "sexy" or are they more like costumes obviously depending on the theme.

We are also interested in the "room crawls" but don't know exactly what to expect.

Lastly, shoot us a message if you're going to be there at the same time as us. We can't wait to meet and party with you!!

Any help would be appreciated.

Theme night outfits are as mild or as wild as you dare! Wear something that you wouldn't dare wear at home and I promise you there will be someone else is less clothes that night! LOL

Are you going with one of the groups in September? The groups will have themes and TTR will have themes its up to you which one you want to do. Nobody will care which theme you choose.

 

You will have a blast. Key is go with the intent to relax, meet anyone you pass, say hi and party like you always wanted to.

As to themes: On cancuncare people try to coordinate themes other than the resort themes, or an extension of same. You will find that the level of participation on the "Cancuncare themes" depends on how big of a group is going (june Junkies, Hotties and Hellraisers, Mayhem, etc.). The bigger the organized group the biger the participation in teh Cancuncare themes. The resort themes are the suggested overall theme. You can make each theme anything you want. You can also always just dress "sexy" in a color scheme or anything that makes you feel good.

If someone starts a "room crawl" they look for couples to join in the "crawl" ask 5-8 couples to Host in their roms, each room has a shot for all attendees, usually a short game/contest, usually spend 15 minutes per room and then on to the next.

Alaways go more sexy than costume (except Halloween of course).

Hope you guys have a great first time. My only recommendation is to not go "all-out" on themes and costumes. Don't worry about having something for every night. Pick a few themes you like and go from there. Theme participation is very hit or miss depending on the group there.

 

I highly suggest you take bubba mugs or some kind of cup. It helps identify YOUR drink, holds more (and they'll keep it full), and keeps your drink cold. Personalize them for effect.

 

Man it sounds like you guys are geared up to have a great time! Been 3 times and I'll say I can almost guarantee you that you guy's will be planning your next trip right when you return home. Dress sexy as hell on every night and remember the Temptation motto...Nobody knows you and nobody give a shit! So party like it's prom night and don't leave anything on the table you wished you would of done or tried!

 

Don't forget to take Sexy Dresses for supper as well.
You get to change several times a day.
Theme wear is for after supper generally.
Oh and a nap between beach and supper helps
if you want to keep the party up.

 

Quiet pool was open late and jacuzzi. But jacuzzi is still a little chilly.
