So as veterans of a few TTR trips we know that showing up we want to look our sexiest and that we also need to have our drinking game up to par. How does everyone balance this out in the weeks/months leading up to their vacation? We drop weight easily when not drinking, but we don't want to show up to TTR with a low tolerance and end up passing out early or praying in the porcelain thrown....

I started drinking Gin, club soda, and adding a shot of that mio stuff (to make it at least taste like something). Seems better then drinking Crown, Jager and many beers every weekend.

Vodka water . Low calorie , and you keep hydrated. Personal fave is cherry ciroc.

I've been drinking Vodka, Whisky, and Brandy. No carbs.

Agree with the vodka and water suggestion. If you are on a diet and counting your calories just work it into your diet for that day. Just deduct what you think you might drink for that day. For example there is roughly 72 calories for one drink of vodka and water. 3 of these drinks equals to roughly a snack like a granola bar.

Anything distilled with no added sugar - no beer or wine. Try mixing some Tito's Vodka with different La Croix flavors - great drink to stay with the whole night if you aren't looking for a debilitating hangover.

Just to clarify...there are 7 calories per gram of alcohol versus 4 calories per gram of carbohydrates. It's the excessive caloric intake, not the nutrient substrate, that leads to gains in bodyfat.
