We had the couple's massage last year and it was one of the best experiences of our married life together. This year the spa wasn't open yet. They said they would offer it in a regular room (no hot tub afterward - which was a big part of the experience) and the price went up from $250 to $395! We didn't book one. :-(
Wow $395 I think I'll pass. Guess my hubby is just going to have to give me a good massage himself. Plus we have a hot tub on our balcony so plenty of space and time for personal massages.
I believe a good decision. The $400 can be put to another good use. But others have claimed a great experience and state it has been worth it. Hence they do it every year. But with the price increase it may be a bit of a decision moving forward. We have a massage table set up in or bedroom at home so massages are not such a big deal to us. Including sensual massage as we supply our own. Got rid of our hot tub...a bad decision. A must replacement is in order.
