AC and hot water fixed?

Arriving in 12 days and hoping the AC and hot water issues have been resolved. I know we can push through about anything else except being clean and sleeping good so we are ready to party the next day! Hahaha. Updates would be appreciated.

 

I'm with you on that one. I can't believe they are struggling so much to get this part right. It's almost as if they put more emphasis on the facade than the actual infrastructure. I'll be there September 5. I have a Lush Tower room, and it seems like those are still not complete. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

 

They fixed it last night. All is good. Nice hot showers

 

I heard that the water is only hot and they can't fix the cold temperature

 

The water is fine. Cold, warm and hot and everything in between

 

My friend called me 1 hour ago and near the "quite" pool the rooms only have super hot water.

 

Yeah we are looking to book some tower rooms over the next months but don't plan on getting a room above the 2nd or 3rd floor until they have elevators up and running with regularity.

Guess we might have to wait a few months until all this stuff is sorted out.

Fortunately, they have decreased the prices for you guys during the soft opening.
